2017 American supernatural horror film based on Stephen King's 1986 novel of the same name. Produced by New Line Cinema, KatzSmith Productions, Lin Pictures and Vertigo Entertainment, and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures,it is intended to be the first installment in a planned duology. The novel was previously adapted into a 1990 miniseries.
